Attend and manage formal calls and provide accurate and concise information without any delay.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time.
المهارات
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English & Arabic.
Minimum one (1) year previous experience in a call center / customer support role.
Efficient in communicating clearly with the caller by following appropriate telephonic etiquette.
A passionate individual with the potential to handle multiple activities while attending a call simultaneously.
Fluent command of computer technologies and basic operations for conducting the assigned tasks productively.
Flexibility and openness to innovation and improvement.
