الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibility for the function is to establish, follow up and track all end to end process related to orders, booking forms, payment booking, sales reports, Government sales, finance and leasing claims, plates registration, and customer database. Task/s · Preparing order intake and SAP sales orders · Booking and uploading the relevant sales documents and forms · Ensuring customers payment booking · Handling allocating stocks, custom tags, and pool transfer · Assisting RSMs for sales reporting · Preparing and submitting monthly sales reports to the AS · Follow up sales invoicing, rising/clearing, DPR/ Credit- assigning vehicles -GDN Request · Coordinating with logistics and finance for delivery approvals · Maintaining and providing full documents for government deals · Preparing and submitting finance /leasing companies claims · Arranging and preparing vehicles for delivery- PDI and services jobs · Arranging and preparing documents for plates and registration · Maintaining customers files Competencies: Relevant degree المهارات · Computer Skills Microsoft Office, bilingual (Arabi, English) · Customers relation management. · Cross functional skills · Written and verbal communication skills. · Analysis skills · SAP Knowledge is mandatory Location : Jeddah - Riyadh - Dammam تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-coordinator-4636011/ |
