الوصف الوظيفي Professional experience of 10-12 years for Sr. Consultant / 4-8 years for consultant, in strategy and management consulting firms working in public sector/government advisory practice Must have experience in Strategy Design and development, performance management and strategy audit/review - Must have experience in organizational/ sectoral/ national policy analysis, research, design, development and evaluation process; elaborating policies into guidelines and procedures MBA/MPA/Master’s in Economics, Public Policy (MPP)/ PhD in related fields from local or international universities Certifications or accreditations: - Trained or certified in Policy Design and Delivery, Public Policy analysis or Public Sector Strategy Language proficiency: English and Arabic Location: Riyadh, KSA Contract term: 6-8 months period المهارات Contract term: 6-8 months period We have an urgent opening at one of our project sites, in Riyadh, KSA, for a duration of 6-8 months. Professional experience: - Min. professional experience of 10-12 years for Sr. Consultant/4-8 years for consultant, in strategy and management consulting firms working in public sector/government advisory practice - Must have experience in Strategy Design and development, performance management and strategy audit/review - Must have experience in organizational/ sectoral/ national policy analysis, research, design, development and evaluation process; elaborating policies into guidelines and procedures - Tourism/Heritage sector working experience, is preferred - Municipality sector/local government organizations experience in Middle East (Specially in KSA), is preferred - Awareness of local laws and policies impacting economic zones, SEZs etc., is preferred - Experience with municipalities includes preparation of city development and management plans/ strategies, master plans, and support implementation of policies at City level including administrative, structural, revenue improvement and service level improvements etc. - Experience in development of tool kits and documents (covering utilities, waste management, transportation, environmental impact, entertainment, housing, retail, healthcare etc.) Key accountabilities: - Work closely with the top management and key stakeholders on all aspects of the strategy - Review the existing strategy and performance management framework, mandates and associated business documentations - Refine the strategy and develop policies and procedures - Conduct benchmarking studies on policies and practices of municipal and civic authorities spanning policy areas including but not limited to across utilities, waste management, transportation, environmental impact, entertainment, housing, retail, healthcare etc. - Draft policies, procedures and guidelines aligned with the local laws, policies, procedures - Support training and capacity building initiatives, workshops across the client sites for key business owners and for internal or external key stakeholders and partner organizations - Engage in effective stakeholder management to obtain buy-in for improvement and change initiatives Education qualifications: - MBA/MPA/Master’s in Economics, Public Policy (MPP)/ PhD in related fields from local or international universities Certifications or accreditations: - Trained or certified in Policy Design and Delivery, Public Policy analysis or Public Sector Strategy Language proficiency: English and Arabic Location: Riyadh, KSA Contract term: 6-8 months period Role: Full time Compensation and benefits: Salary as per industry standards. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/strategy-and-management-consultant-saudi-arabia-short-term-4628566/ |
