Sales Coordinator/Administrator Hiring Ad

Location: KSA Riyadh

Salary Range: 5000 – 6000 SAR

WE ARE HIRING! Join our team to work with the largest distributor of film and cinema equipment in MENA region Advanced Media Trading KSA.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Support the sales team to improve their productivity by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events
Coordinate with Sales and Logistics departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
Responsible for creating and overseeing file systems that securely store sales items, like records, reports, budgets, and financial information

المهارات

Skills and Requirements:

· A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

· 2 or more years’ experience in sales.

· Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.

· Good team development and leadership skills.

· Computer literacy.

· Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

· The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

· Ensure all documents, contracts and files are up to date and archived and provide it when necessary or required

· Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
