الوصف الوظيفي
Plumbing Systems (i.e., Drainage, potable and non potable system, hot water system, Medical Gas system, LPG system, Diesel Fuel System, Fuel System, and solar heating system).

Fire Fighting System.( i.e., Dry, and wet fire suppression systems, clean agent systems, kitchen hood fire suppression system).

HVAC Systems. (i.e., HVAC Load Calculations, all type of HVAC systems (i.e., Chilled water system (air cooled and water cooled), dx systems, VAV system, CV system, VRF system, sound analysis, Ventilation and filtration system, Smoke management system), steam, Humidifier, and water heating).

Wet Utilities. ( i.e., Water networks (potable and non-potable), sewerage network, gray water network, irrigation network and system, lift stations, pump rooms, STP plants, RO plants, and grey water plant).

Candidate shall be fully aware of the SBC (201,501,601,602, 701,702,and 801),UPC,IPC, NFPA, IFC, ASHARE, UMC, IMC, ARI, Global FM, AMCA, ASTM, ASMA, HTM, LEED,..etc.

المهارات

Having BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher from one of the lead universities.

Experience of 20 years in designing

SCE. membership

Candidate shall be familiar with the following software’s (HAP, Elite for HVAC, Elite for firefighting, WaterCad or WaterGem. & SewerCad or SewerGem.

PMP.
