Job Title: HR Operations Manager – with an excellent understanding of recruitment business and can manage the team
Industry Exp: Recruitment (Headhunting, Outsourcing / Contact Centre Customer Experience)
Assist the senior management in creating smart development modules as per departmental requirements.
Preparing, recording and monitoring the details of all employees for management purposes and payroll calculations.
Oversee and manage all recruiting within the business.
Conduct brainstorming sessions with individuals or groups to decide the type of development sessions.
Assess revenue growth, client retention, and employee feedback to implement relevant HR initiatives.

Adept in time management, communication, and analytics to improve the efficiency of HR processes.
Ensuring sharing of information to outsiders in a concise and professional manner.
Exemplary command on interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate positively.
Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
Ability to communicate freely with team members and understand concerns from a neutral outlook.
Minimum of 4 years of experience
