Installation, Configuration and Administration of BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management.
Integrations of TrueSight with other Tools using SNMP, REST API, EMAIL2Event, EIF, WebHook adapters.
Solve critical technical issues, emergency troubleshooting and post-mortem analysis.
Manage and support the upgrade on new system, deployment and maintain smooth system operations.
To provide day-to-day operations, administration, tuning and capacity management of midrange system to ensure good performance.
Resolve the majority of complex configuration problems by troubleshooting and simulation
To perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendation for improvement.
Migration of Truesight from Older Version to Newer Version based on the requirement.
Manage BMC product portfolio like TrueSight (TSPS, TSIM, ISN’s)
Fundamental understanding of the functionality of BMC TrueSight solutions and architecture along with different Integration methods.
TSOM- BMC HELIX/REMEDY integration

Expertise in the below tools
Experience in Performance Monitoring and Tuning using TrueSight (TSOM)
Good experience in Integrating Cloud environment servers with TSOM.
TrueSight installation and configuration,
Very strong knowledge in Truesight Event Management roles and responsibilities.
Remote cell (BEM) installation and configuration
MRL rules development
TrueSight administration server
Even Adapters
Functional understanding of software integrations and software systems experience with Web services and API.
Deep technical problem isolation and resolution capability Strict adherence to the use of the ticketing system for ALL incidents, changes and problems
Proven ability to configure TSOM components as per requirements and adhere to best practices for the following criteria:

Performance and response time
Capacity and growth
High availability and failover
Disaster and recovery
Security
Must be able to read and understand a technical architecture that spans multiple platforms and Data Centers and deploy software products as dictated by the plan with little or no supervision
Knowledge on BMC HELIX
Knowledge in Virtualization technologies, UNIX/Linux, Windows, Databases, Applications, Middleware & Web Servers

Professional Attributes:

Ability to correlate incident trends into problem management and execute permanent fixes
Timely generation of customer facing incident reports
Facilitate generation of periodic operational reports for presentation to customers
Define an action plan for troubleshooting / resolution
