Assist the security management in handling the security team.
Co-ordinate with different businesses for daily minor security requirements.
Ensure the security team has sufficient resources, both in-house and outsourced, to manage the security operation.
Prepare monthly timesheet, both for in-house and outsource guards according to the daily deployment.
Ensure the logistic requirement (uniform and transportation) is sufficient to manage the security operation.
Keep the activity record of the team, both in-house and outsourced guards to provide effective feedback (assist management in setting up performance goals of the team)
Ensure leaves/emergency leaves are balanced as per department guidelines.
Ensure regular site visits of the properties are done and the Supervisors/Team leaders are maintaining the Site SOPs as per the latest requirement from the Bus.
Ensure all records and procedures are maintained as per audit guidelines.
Ensure all Supervisors are rotating guards as per audit guidelines.
Ensure the team is mindful of delivering a high level of customer service at all times
Monitor and evaluate guard’s performance ensuring any training needs which are identified are addressed promptly and in a manner that does not disrupt or adversely affect the operation
المهارات
Skills:
7 year’s previous security supervisory experience essential (preferably within a security operational environment)
Previous experience working within a team environment and ability to lead and delegate teams
Must have strong analytical, organization and planning skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to communicate effectively using all means of communication (in English) and demonstrable interpersonal skills
Ability to carry out work based risk assessments.
Ability to demonstrate a high standard of customer service and maintain client relationship.
