الوصف الوظيفي · Follow-up new tenders and take decision with management for participating. · Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process. · Build the cost sheets and analyzing cost for each part of the proposed solution. · Prepare the final technical and commercial proposal. · Prepare all the proposal documentations as per the customer requirements in the RFP. · Verify and ensure proposals/quotations are complete and accurate prior to submission. · Ensure bid submissions are on time and of a quality standard · Support sales staff in their daily activities including bid activities. · Manage the preparation of quotations to customers in a timely manner. · Prepare reports for the bidding and Sales cycle. · Follow up on quotations sent to the customer. · Validate Tenders Results and the reasons of Rejection Technically, Financially.
