Innovate, Create & Manage products for the Financial Market Place & Treza leasing department
Support the Strategic Business leadership committee in the mission, vision and execution of the business plan
Manage product, Business, The operation, customer care and IT for the Squad / Program
Manage end to end customer ecosystem and maximize the value of the Rasan products contributing to FMP & Treza growth.
Support product innovation team, product architect team and market research in shaping up idea and opportunities.
Manage the MVP team
Set and track FMP and Treza business objectives
Monitor Overall P&L;and growth
Bring in Ultimate Customer experience
المهارات
Proven work experience in Product Management and P&L;experience in an added value
Proven work experience in leasing/ landing
Experience in financial marketplace will be an added advantage
Hands on experience in Product growth and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
Knowledge of Fintech
MS Office and other MIS and Business Analytical tool
Excellent communication and negotiations skills
An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
Business acumen with a problem- solving attitude
BSs / B.Tech Degree Holder
MBA will be added advantage
