Boq’s and time table creation. And making sure both budget and time tables are managed and is going according to those plans.
Managing development, implementation, and evaluation of the designs and the actual projects. And that Includes contractors, suppliers, designing department and any other related parties.
reporting to administrative departments of the progress of each project.
managing and responding to the clients concerns and questions.

supervising and following up with projects
interior design or Architecture background and the ability to create and understand designs and shop drawings.
Knowledge in creating price lists and offers and coordinating with suppliers and workshops.
team management
fluent in Arabic and English.
