الوصف الوظيفي · Ensure quality services with customers operations by building trustful and positive relationships. · Response to sales inquiries from potential clients. · Handles all details of definite groups including menu planning, process Banquet Event Orders, and obtain guarantees, distribution of group resumes, VIPs, and billing. · Perform catering price negotiation with customers based on the established company guidelines. · Save the accurate and complete sales operational and transaction records. · Answer customer queries in accurate and timely manner. · Prioritize sales tasks based on revenue goals and deadlines. · Interact with customers to get feedback on services offered and complaints. · Answer customer queries in accurate and timely manner. · Prioritize sales tasks based on revenue goals and deadlines. · Maintain and update database of prospective and current customers. المهارات · Worked in the Food & beverages sector or has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality (preferred). · Experience a Minimum of 3 years in catering field. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, word) is a must. · Writes & Speaks both English & Arabic fluently. · Flexible to work under pressure, responds promptly to customer needs and carry out tasks accordingly. · Achieves sales goals; overcomes objections with persuasion and persistence; initiates new contacts; maintains customer satisfaction; maintains records and promptly submits information. · Advanced customer service and negotiation skills. · Knowledge of dietary restrictions and the ability to come up with menus accordingly. · Understanding of safe food handling policies and procedures. · Goal oriented and ability to achieve monthly and annual targets. · Positive attitude, eager to learn and ability to follow instructions smoothly. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-representative-4599066/ |
