Assist the HR Manager in end to end recruitment for the open positions
Recruitment - posting vacancies, screening & shortlisting, coordinating interviews (structured, unstructured or competency based), engaged closely from sourcing candidates to onboarding & induction.
Collaborate with managers to develop criteria for an ideal candidate for all required positions.
Attracting top talent for vacant positions using internet, social media, job advertisements, others.
Pre-Screening of candidates through phone interviews, background/reference checks and arranging the interviews.
Developing pay structure & incentive system ensuring it is market competitive, legal and capable of attracting top talent as well as retaining the valuable employees.
Preparation of reports to provide management information about recruitment activities, HR analytics, performance appraisals
Complete the joining formalities of new employees being hired at the project
Preparation of the daily manpower reports and time sheets data entry to the system
Work along with other team members
Leading the employer branding initiate during all stages of recruitment process and promoting the soft image of the company.
Any other task seems appropriate as per the position requirement and instructions of the direct manager
المهارات
Qualifications/Experience:
Graduate (Preferably in Business/HR/Psychology)
Expert in Microsoft Excel/Office Program
Working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
5-7 Year of working experience (Preferably in Construction Companies)
Trustable and Honest & must be able to keep information confidential
