Looking For:
2-5 years of sales experience. Exposure to Sales and Business Development of Digital Marketing/Software Solutions/Services
Preferably MBA
Experience in IT/IT Services/Software/Digital Marketing Sales is must
Ability to speak Arabic is must
Prospects and generates new sales leads
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Meet the Sales target & involvement in actual revenue realization.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Generating sales funnel for various services/products offered by the company
Coordinate internally with the delivery team to table a techno-commercial proposal.
Coordinate between customer and company for proper responses to proposals.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Negotiate/close deals
Engage and develop a strong network with decision-makers/key influencers within the customer community
Develop long-term, trustworthy and collaborative relationships across all levels with the customers.
Should be well networked in the market.
Knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
Ability to implement the ‘customer first’ approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
