Construction Project Manager - Saudi Only

Responsible to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects obligations are delivered on time and produce the desired results by following project’s organization and timeline.

Responsibility :

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate abnormal issues to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, client and stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

المهارات
• Must be Saudi.

• Minimum of A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or any other relevant field.

• 8 – 10 years of experience

• Saudi Council of Engineering Registration

• Proven experience in project management or PMP Certification is a plus

• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

• Able to complete projects in a timely manner.

• Strong English skills.

• A well-developed verbal and written communication skill, since a Construction Project Manager is required to work with a wide range of different people such as subcontractors, contractors, lawyers, and suppliers

• Has the knowledge and experience in construction industry.
