Country Manager

We are currently seeking an adaptable, successful, and experienced country manager to oversee all of the daily Operations of the stores and deliver exceptional levels of customer service and driving sales and all KPI. In order to succeed in this position, candidates must have a passion and desire to build a business from the ground up.

Support the Head of Retail by ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in all retail locations
Lead development and effective implementation of the Commercial Strategies and B2B
Recruit and manage the staff and ensure performance is managed and talent is nurtured
Enhance the brand’s profile and presence in the country
Ensure that the values, standards, priorities of the brand are instilled and adhered to international guidelines
Determine the strategic allocation of the country resources
Ensure the regional compliance with relevant laws, policies and practices and ensure best practice, including good financial management and regular financial audits as required
Set, monitor, manage and report on budget and expenditure for the West African Region subsidiary
Possess the knowledge and experience of retail strategies
Experience applying luxury brand’s standards.
المهارات
Master’s degree, MBA or other relevant fields, strongly preferred
10 years’ or more experience in management
Fluent in the English
Well organized and driven by success
Outstanding negotiating skills
Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
Solid history of data-driven strategic development
