Business Excellence Manager

Job Purpose

Business Excellence designs and controls internal processes and workflows. Follow up on implementation and monitor overall performance. Manages internal and external reporting mechanisms and materials to support stakeholders with decision-making. Addresses the client’s business issues, meets the client’s service expectations, takes full advantage of our capabilities, and reflects all our values. It touches every process we use, every solution we deliver, and every experience we create for our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Audit, Compliance, and other risks, control, and oversight functions to ensure frameworks are integrated where appropriate and approaches are efficient and effective
Represent Excellence and, more broadly, the interests of operational risk management on governance and control forums, many of which are addressing strategic change for the company
Manage the accuracy and robustness of the internal database
Elicit business requirements based on the company’s data
Produce and share the appropriate levels of reporting with stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities and solve issues.
Provide technical insight while streamlining reporting.
Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders,
Monitor and report ongoing projects
Evaluate how technology and newly developing concepts such as artificial intelligence can be used to optimize the effectiveness of a corporate assurance function
Manage regular survey checks with clients on call and by a visitation
Increase client satisfaction level through provided services
Follow up on survey results with internal departments
Support with employees requests internally through the Client Care Center
Support in resolving cliental ad-hoc processes and request
Set best practices and guidelines for the escalation matrix
Educate and train the business and corporate functions on the importance of Excellence
Support and engage in the partnership and new projects to ensure alignment with the business excellence directions
