Human Resources Manager – Saudi National

Job brief

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR or recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. The bulk of the role will involve employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution.

Duties and responsibilities:

Implementing and developing HR policies and procedures. 
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team
Oversee the process of monthly payroll, end of service and other compensation practices.
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including health insurance, expenses, and vacation.

Other Requirements

Proven working experience as in the HR for 10 years, 3 of them at least as an HR Manager.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field
Saudi national only.
