BIM (Building Information Modelling) coordinators. For 3D models, drawings, by using Revit /Auto cad/Navis software and to deliver project information model to clients.
Key Accountability
1- BIM implementation in-coordination with BIM Management.
2- The Discipline BIM Coordinator Supports his department staff to raise-up their BIM capabilities (Assessments, Training, Supporting, Troubleshooting, Modeling, standards, templates, families, Parameters, Project Coordination, and all related BIM implementation process in his department).
3- Ensure 3D Models are clash coordinated and reviewed for build ability, thus enabling the contractor to progress construction activities at the site in a timely manner with minimal or no conflicts.
4- Close coordination with other contractors for BIM related issues at site
5- Attend the meetings
6- Lead the BIM modelers team
7- Understand LOD specifications
8- Used Software, and its versions Revit, Navisworks, required add-ins, tools and dynamo scripts
9- Prepare BIM execution Plan (BEP).
10- Capture Lessons Learned and reports to BIM Manager
Management Accountability
• Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
• Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
