We’re looking for a Contracts Administrator for Saudi Construction Company located in Riyadh with the below details:
Key of responsibilities:
• Manage updating the risk register for the contracts and Purchase Orders
• Manage the Commercial Negotiations and Change Management
• Assist Procurement Department with Contracts Amendments & POs
• Provide Support on Technical Department on all Contractual Issues
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
• To apply basic knowledge of contract law and industry best practice.
• To assist the PM in the preparation of requests for proposals (RFP s) for distribution to vendors.
• analyze all requirements and provisions in contracts.
• To coordinate with the Finance department assisting in correct billing and collection of revenues.
• To have input into all Commercial/Contractual Management Reports.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Knowledge of international forms of contract.
• Ability to interact with senior representatives of client organizations as well as internal.
• Possesses persuasion, negotiation and judgment skills Demonstrates higher level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Construction Contract Management.
• Ability to improvise on contract terms and conditions being fair and protecting own company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law Studies or LLM.
• 5 to 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, is an advantage.
