An exciting opportunity is available for Storekeeper, based in Qassim and will reports directly to Head, Sales Logistics and Warehouse.
Summary:
We are looking for an organized, experienced Sales Store Keeper to be responsible for all sales stock, staff management, and sales planning for the store. This requires knowledge of inventory control, distribution and storeroom procedures to oversee the activities of the storeroom.
In this role, you will be responsible of:
1. Oversees receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of supplies, and equipment.
2. Receives shipments and checks for correct quantity and condition.
3. Stores, issues, maintains inventory, and delivers supplies and equipment.
4. Maintains related records.
5. Follows-up, and performs administrative duties related to the ordering, receipt, and delivery of items.
6. Provides support and guidance to more junior colleagues.
7. Deals with inbound/outbound batteries, processing information and documentation as required.
8. Interacts with internal/external contacts to manage information on customer orders, supplier shipments and product availability
9. Coordinates the ordering, distribution and tracking of inventory.
10. Provides assistance on matters related to finished products packaging materials planning and management
11. Coordinates sales/maintenance/production order entry into systems and maintains vendor/supplier/customer records
12. Knowledge of FIFO Management in warehouses.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Diploma Degree.
2+ years of experience in warehouse.
