The Program Manager will:
Own overall quality performance across the different Access Points products
Become an expert on products and drive continuous improvement in performance while the business continues its rapid growth
Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership and partners
Perform data analysis and develop actionable insights about business performance to drive change
Manage strategic relationships with internal and external partners
Identify and execute on opportunities to improve the way we work with partners
Lead and participate in projects, including new product and feature launches, process improvements, and geographic expansion.
Partner with global counterparts to innovate on behalf of the business and develop best practices
Develop tools and mechanisms to drive the execution of Driver Support, Customer Service, and our Partners

Basic qualifications
Bachelors in Engineering, math, logistics or similar highly numerical studies
A passion for developing best in class customer delivery experience
Strong bias for action, with willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
An analytical approach to measuring/optimizing performance
Ability to influence peers and stakeholders at all levels
Experience working with partners outside your organization
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Deep knowledge of SQL and Reporting
Willingness to travel (20%)
Preferred qualifications
Advanced SQL Skills.
At least 2 years of Experience in Logistics, ideally in the Last Mile domain
Knowledge of business process optimization and logistics
Other details in Contract
Minimum 6 months contract and subject to extension based on performance
