الوصف الوظيفي Role Purpose: Performs personnel administration programs and activities like day-to-day people management and administrative functions to ensure compliance with the approved company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Performs HR Personnel Administration activities and other administrative functions by updating associates’ records such as contract of employment, medical insurance, social security, travel, Government-related transactions, ... etc. to the HR Database. المهارات Qualifications / Requirments: Knowledge: Saudi Labor Law: Knowledge of the interpretations of the important provisions of the Saudi Labor Law. English Language: Acceptable knowledge of English literature. Education: Minimum – Specialized Diploma in HR Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in the same capacity. Time Management: Managing one’s own time. Active Learning: Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. Stress Tolerance: The job requires dealing calmly and effectively with high-stress situations. Achievement/Effort: The job requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks. Problem Sensitivity: The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. Inter-Personal Relationship: The ability to deal and work with people and compromise diversity in views and opinions.
