Producing architectural drawings and preparing project designs/plans in the showroom.

Generating 2D, 3D drawings and Shop Drawings

Site supervision

Preparing BOQ and quotations

Preparing Time schedule

Meeting with client to discuss expectations for the project and determining needs and requirements

They will be demonstrating fluency with residential and commercial building materials, details, and construction techniques.

Working with the internal Design and execution team,

Coordinating with contractors , suppliers and factory

Visiting sites and handling construction supervision

Drafting plans to create or refinish spaces in high end residential and commercial buildings Profile

المهارات
In depth knowledge of the engineering industry in KSA

Understanding of international engineering standards and code

3D and 2D Skills is a must such as AutoCAD , 3D max , Lumion , Sketch up , Photoshop etc…

Microsoft Office proficiency

Strong negotiation skills

Strong communication skills

excellent interpersonal and managerial skills

Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English
