Sales Officer - Used Cars ( Car Financing)

Syarah is on a mission to change how people buy their cars in Saudi. We offer buyers an end-to-end digital car buying experience where they can buy their next car from the comfort of their living rooms.

Under the hood, we build systems to manage the sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping and many more. Our goal is to turn car buying into an experience of delight, comfort and peace of mind. We are on the lookout for ambitious, competitive, growth-minded professionals to help us continue to harness technology to delight our customers and achieve our ambitious growth objectives in the auto sector.

We are hiring for a Telephone salesperson with the below duties:

Tasks and responsibilities:

Receive customer requests on a daily basis, contact them, get from them their financial commitments make financial calculations
Follow up on a daily basis with Car Financing Customers, to collect all the required paperwork
Follow up with Car financing companies to get approvals
Follow-up with customers to sign approvals
Follow-up with needed departments to deliver the car
Fill out the daily and monthly report
المهارات
Qualifications and requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Car financing.
Experience in the automotive field not less than 3 years.
Excellent Follow-up skillsExcellent Communication skills.
Experience in telesales is a plus
