Pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, which also entails preparing cost estimates and tenders, and contract administration
Prepare feasibility studies and procurement reports for the new projects, forecasting capital and operating expenditure over the life of project
Support in setting the operation budget considering the projects under execution and future operational plan
Advising clients on ways of procuring the project
Monitoring design development against planned expenditure
Controlling cost during the construction process to keep the project under budget
Valuing construction work for interim payments, valuing change, assessing or compiling claims for loss and expense and agreeing final accounts
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Experience:
2 – 4 years of related experience.
