The main job duties of the Project Manager in our structure are the following ones:
Project planning
Ensuring that each department of the company carries out its mission in order to finish the project of its responsibility.
Being the voice of the client in the company and the voice of the company in the client.
Ensuring that the client receives all that it needs on time and according to the budget.
Coordinating the technicians assigned to the project: organizing their work, managing the material and human resources of the project.
Setting the strategy to follow at each project taking into account the cost and deadline.
Detecting potential risks of the project. Mobilising the different departments to the right direction when there are unforeseen circumstances.
Controlling projects
Ensuring the final result of the project is such as described in the contract.
Carrying out the economic follow-up the projects.
Communicating and monitoring the scope changes of the projects.
Defending the company’s position. Being able to prepare and defend claims and variations.
Detecting improve areas
Identifying inefficient processes.
Showing shortcomings on the process.
Writing up technical and financial tenders
