Job Responsibilities:

1- conduct demos and POCs for Customers

2- Implement IT solutions we offered to the customers

3- making after-sales support for our customers

المهارات
Needed Skills for Job :

1- Hands-on experience in Active Directory and Azure

2- Hands-on experience in Cisco basic configuration (CCNA level)

3- Has a solid Knowledge of IT Security

4- Has a solid knowledge about ITIL

5- Has a solid Knowledge of ManageEngine products or any equivalent solutions

6- Has a good presentation and communication skills

7- 5 Years of experience
