Our Contact Centers work towards a single goal: to deliver the best possible support experience to our customers. To do that, our CS Operations teams are empowered and expected to think like owners. and resolve customer problems via phone, email or live chat. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer serviceBasic Qualifications· Must have a minimum of B1 proficiency in written and spoken English.· Must be 18 years of age or older· Graduate with a minimum qualification of high school degree· Must be flexible in rotational shifts including night shiftsProven customer support experience.Knowledge of online tools and platforms that enhance customer experience by leveraging appropriate features.Strong phone handling skills and active listening.Fluent communicator with an ability to present ideas and concepts through hi-tech and conventional channels.Good time management and organizational skills that contribute to a rise in overall productivity.Fluent in operating the latest computer software and online tools.
