Job description
Preparing the strategic plan for the development of the retail sector in line with the company’s direction and vision.
Organizing and developing the relationship of the company with its existing partners, and attracting additional partners compatible with the company’s business model
Planning and organizing sales operations and procedures for the company’s partners, and operating with the company’s partners to develop and raise productivity with proactive plans and methods
Organizing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns, evaluating and measuring their results and effectiveness, and submitting relevant reports to the company’s management
Managing and developing retail’s business team, organizing their business structure and model, and balancing team numbers and management’s productivity and goals
Managing and organizing sales shares and attraction for the retail of the business sector team, and making relevant evaluations and periodic reports
Ongoing enhancement and measuring of the efficiency of the organizational structure of the retail business function, and maintaining an integrated work team to achieve the company’s targets
Analyzing and evaluating the performance of sales and attraction operations and updating them according to the company’s directions, and submitting the relevant periodic reports
Cooperating with company management to organize and develop relevant internal processes, and the effective contribution to the operations and plans for digital transformation of the company

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or Finance and Investments
Professional Experience
5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing role, 3+ years in senior management level in the company’s sector
