A Sales & Ticketing Executive (Male) is needed for our travel agency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Booking tickets, reserving hotels, and sending quotations for tours and packages based on the customer’s request
Promotes and sells tourism and holiday packages
Dealing with customer queries, complaints, and refunds
Develops and maintains relationships with existing travel agents, tour operators, and hotels inside and outside the KSA
Develops new business opportunities and product development ideas to maximize sales by identifying new revenue streams
Achieves the company’s marketing objectives by developing marketing opportunities and plans, as well as understanding consumer needs, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to expand the customer base and achieve the revenue targets.

المهارات
Candidate Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree
The candidate must have a valid and transferable Iqama
Require valid KSA driving license
A good understanding of Microsoft Office and the ability to write emails is required
Good communication, interpersonal, negotiating, and analytical skills
Experience in the travel and tourism industry of 2 to 4 years in KSA, Riyadh
Possess a network of contacts with potential partners and clients
Up to date with international travel trends.
Should be fluent in English, Hindi & Malayalam
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
