Our client, a leading Mixed-Use Real Estate developer is seeking an Architect Draftsman to oversee all architectural activities in order to develop the most efficient architectural and engineering frameworks for the construction of projects and to support other departments’ inquiries for engineering drawing.
Preparing site layout according to specifications and operations requirements.
Manage and lead the development of Three Dimensional (3D) Proposals.
Prepare new layouts against the scope of work for new or existing projects.
Review all Architectural and Design Drawings submitted by consultants, and contractors in addition to reviewing and verifying the contractor’s shop drawings.
Prepare leasing drawings and proposals requested to support the leasing function.
Prepare areas schedules for projects including leasing and built up as services.
Prepare Unit Notes for projects in cooperation with senior architects and designers.
Enhancement of site development design for any new site development layout requested.
To execute any task related to architecture assigned by the management.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 5 years plus, with experience in a design office in Saudi Arabia.
Knowledge of both commercial and residential projects.
Knowledge of Saudi building regulations.
Highly skilled in AutoCAD and Revit.
Project Management.
