الوصف الوظيفي Reports to VP Technical issues & Projects Job purpose • To plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the E2E Managed Services project. • To work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and budget and direction of the project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. • To assure that the project achieves the specific KPIs for managed services. Duties and responsibilities • Preparation of Project operations procedures & follow up.• KPI Monitoring & Follow-up and issue (Daily-Weekly-Monthly) Reports for each KPI• Productivity Monitoring & Follow up and issue reports on (Installation & Maintenance) for Both I&R;and OSP for Fiber & Copper, HFO and EFO business sectors• Find creative solutions to increase productivity and improve KPIs and reduce cost• Follow up on invoicing and clearing payments with STC• Coaching & training of the project team• Resources Planning Management (Manpower & Tools & Transportation) Qualifications Qualifications include:• Education MSC in Project Management or equivalent in Business Management o BSC in Telecommunications Engineering as a minimum• Skill so MS Office & Power point presentations, MS Project • Competencies Communication, Influence & Political effectiveness, Motivation, Adaptable, Open Minded, Self-confident• Professional Certification PMP certified• Experience 10 years’ experience in telecommunications engineering o 5 years practicing as a Project manager in similar fields Direct reports The Project Managers will supervise directly the following positions: 1- HFO Manager2- EFO Manager3- Quality Officer4- HR Officer5- Customer Relationships6- Inventory Supervisor7- IT & Reporting Manager8- Logistics & Support Services Supervisor المهارات 2- Analytical & open mind. 3- Problem-solving. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/telecommunication-project-manager-3762749/?from_job_search=/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/?jobId=4525907&options%5Bjb_is_external_job%5D%5B0%5D=1 |
