We are a VC-funded fast-growing B2B SaaS company, with the goal of making sure every medical claim gets accepted.

Responsibilities:

Schedule onboarding activities
Support clients in all issues relating to the product
Monitor usage and health score, and intervene when necessary.
Collect feedback for future improvement
Generate reports for executives

المهارات
Business or Medical Bachelor’s degree
Excellent English and Arabic communicational skills
Microsoft Suite knoweldge
Independent and self-driven personality.
Visit clients on-site.
Foundational knowledge in marketing, customer support
