Job Purpose:
The Sales Data Analyst administers, maintains, and generates sales reports in an accurate and timely manner to ensure that management has the necessary information before taking decisions.
Responsibilities:
Develop monthly sales reports
Share daily and weekly sales and distribution reports with analysis and insights to ensure monthly targets are met
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Track and report chillers deployment and repositioning vs. target with analysis and insights to ensure targets are met
Manage Sales-related IT system/Application reporting to ensure timely and accurate information on merchandising execution
Assist RTM Manger to calculate the commission as per the approved scheme
Validate the commission files to ensure accuracy and integrity and communicate the same to HR and Finance
Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
Provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence to relevant policies and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other relevant major
Up to 2 years experience as a Sales Admin/Analyst
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate in both English and Arabic
