The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
Preparing reports or data as per requested by Chief accountant or CFO when needed.
Payroll Reviewing & Uploading.
Support month-end and year-end close process
Prepare Assets Depreciation, Prepaid Sheets & Accruals then report to Chief accountant
Dealing with GR, HR, Purchasing Department, Doctors & Co-ordinators.
Prepare the Doctor’s Commission Calculations .
All Journal Entries, Receipts Vouchers, Cash payments And Maintain Record For All Vouchers
Payment Vouchers support
Enter All Monthly Expenses
Prepare Monthly Staff Deduction Sheet
Monthly Staff Cost Allocation
Maintain Record for All Purchase Vouchers
Preparing VAT
Any work assigned by Chief accountant or CFO
المهارات
Qualifications
3+ years’ of professional accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
Registered in SOCPA
