Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Develop and monitor overall HR laws and regulations to enhance the work culture of the company.
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan, benefits program, streamlining in-house budget, resource allocation, and expenditure to amplify the overall functionality.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Preparing, records and monitoring the details of all employees for management purposes and payroll calculations.
Evaluate existing L&D;sessions and implement modifications for improvement.
Ensure key addressal of vital operational aspects to improve the company performance consistently.
