Human Resources Specialist required
Major Duties:
• Ensure the internal equity of compensation system.
• Conducting HR discipline forms as well as maintain records.
• Review existing JD and create new if required.
• Managing HRDF account and initiatives.
• Managing Medical Insurance records.
• Handling HR action forms (Promotion, demotion, transfer, contract amendments…etc.)
• Reconcile GOSI invoice and ensure compliance with payroll summary.
• Managing Off-boarding process.
• Engaged in HR activities as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma Degree in HR or relevant
• Fluent in English
• Minimum proven 2 years’ experience in HR
• Advance in Excel & report skills.
