The role holder is responsible for Handling logistics activities for Saudi Arabia and organizing deliveries.

Major/Key Accountabilities:

• Daily Management of shipment processing.

• On-Time Performance to Customers and quality tracking and monitoring.

• Maintain proper and accurate Pre-Shipment and Post-shipment Administration.

• Work with Internal & External teams to ensure proper cost and flow.

• Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issue.

• Supervise all Sorting, Packaging & Invoicing processes.

• Supervise Inbound & Outbound processes.

المهارات
Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in a related field

Skills and Knowledge:

• Working autonomously - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Good knowledge of the logistics industry.

• Solid understanding of any Logistics or TMS software.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Analytical mindset and good complex problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well with others and be willing to learn.

• Good attention to detail.

Note: Fluency in Arabic on a native level is required.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office in MS Excel and MS Word is a Must.
