Technical Interpreter Needed
A reputable consulting company located in Riyadh is seeking for an interpreter to work for one of the firm’s current consulting projects in Riyadh, where the translator will assist the technical team on office/field assignments in various tasks/regions.
Responsibilities
• To provide translation and interpretation services for, scripts, and live interviews/meetings.
• Interpret field/on-line interviews from Arabic to English & vice versa.
• Produce a verbal summary of the translation when needed required.
• Help in writing translations of all types of text, as & when required.
• Contribute proactively to interpreting & standardizing project terms.
• Assist in translate written material from English into Arabic and vice versa, ensuring that the meaning of the original text is retained.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate expected to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in English Language (Translation, Literature, etc.).
• Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role (not less than two years).
• Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure with a flexible working hours according the project needs.
• Previous Experience working on educational/training projects is preferable.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor market is preferable.
• Residency in Riyadh province is preferable.
