Job Purpose:
Assists in the implementation of programs that aim to engage, retain, develop, assess and manage the organization’s talent, and helps management evaluate the effectiveness of talent strategies. The main responsibility of this role is to provide support related to the areas of Learning and development, performance management, implementation of leadership development programs, and support the in development of new training programs or modifying and improving existing ones.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the L&D;processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, and productivity improvement
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Talent Management section
Conducts needs assessment, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups to determine the most appropriate learning solutions
Review presentations and/or training materials
Develops and facilitates development programs for in-tact teams to create measurable outcomes
Plans, organizes, and facilitates training programs and events
Support in designing and developing customized training programs and training materials for management and staff development, especially for e-learning platforms
Evaluates, and recommends external professional development programs, and training platforms and materials.
Maintain and process documents related to training internal transactions.
Coordinate Train-The-Trainer programs to assist other departments with their classroom facilitation needs.
Support in the activities related to employees on career development, professional development, and continuing education
Ensure proper implementation of action plans of the DANONE People Survey project in coordination with internal communications
Manage all data related to employee talent assessments, performance record and development plans
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
2-3 years experience in Human Resources with focus on Training and Development, and performance management.
MS Software (professional to advance)
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate in both English and Arabic
