Manages the compliance function to research, analyze, review and report on compliance activities within the To secure a position in the organization where I can utilize my academic and interpersonal skills as well as serve in a place where my capabilities would be explore in the best way for the organization benefit and my career. company and compliance obligations from our regulator, SAMA, and from all other agencies which affect our operations.  Establish the Compliance Framework for Tamweel Aloula Co.;  Establish the Compliance Monitoring program;  Provides advices on compliance issues to the various function heads;  Responsible for the execution of all tasks related to the Compliance Function;  Review all SAMA regulations, primarily Finance Companies Control Law and its Implementing Regulations and Financial Lease Law and its Implementing Regulations in order to understand all regulations;  Review the Company Manuals to ensure they reflecting compliance obligations including, but not limited, to the Corporate Governance Manual, Compliance Manual, Anti Money Laundering Manual;  Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Company Compliance Committee of the Board and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts
