الوصف الوظيفي members of project teams keep them on task. - Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. - Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables. - Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, Cash flow, and resource allocation. - Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards. - Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. - Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. - Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification. - Understand the Contracts Scope of work and prepare the Baseline program. - Manage the full program life cycle to manage and achieve customer expectations as well as company goals/targets for assigned program. - Program start up, planning, requirements management, cost and schedule management, support services, implementing and executing the plans to meet the project targets and deadlines. - Liaise with project stakeholders for constructing the project schedules, identifying milestones and critical paths taking corrective actions to deliver projects on time. - Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules, develop solutions to program problems, and direct work of incumbents assigned to the program from various departments. - Set Program procedures and guidelines wherever required. - Prepare Periodic Program (Project) Report (*= quarterly, monthly, or as required by Contract). - Create and Present Weekly Dashboards (high level) for Senior Management and detailed for the team. - Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to support the program and resolve issues with a pre-defined action list. - Lead the implementation, and adherence to the Stakeholder & Interface Management Plan within the business area. - Lead the implementation and adherence to organizational policies and plans within the business area. - Ensure relevant departmental leadership team meetings, reviews, reporting, and action planning takes place. - Ensure that management systems are utilized effectively within the business area for an efficient and safe delivery of the project. - Ensure high quality, timely management reviews and reports are completed for the Employer, the Steering Committee, the Executive Committee, and as required otherwise by operational needs, and that the recommendations are acted upon appropriately. - Actively and continuously seek out opportunities for the continuous improvement of processes and procedures affecting customer satisfaction and service delivery. المهارات MS Project.
