الوصف الوظيفي
To manage, lead and support an area team, and to deliver against the key business indicators as laid out in the Annual Operating Plan and measured against Balance Scorecard targets in the 4 main areas: Teams, Customer and Restaurant Excellence, Sales, Profit.

المهارات
• Strong preference for internal promote from RM position.

• Experienced in operations management and business administration, capability of achieving the operation targets, i.e., sales, profit, people management and procedural compliance.

• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.

• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.

• Language skills: fluent Arabic and English (Oral/Written)

• IT Skills: Excellent MS Office.

• Creative and initiative, Communication & Presentation skills
