Responsible for helping organization obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
Coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends.
Work closely with other Sales Representatives and Operations Manager to identify and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities.
Work directly with customers to help close deals when needed.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction .
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople .
Prepare financial/technical proposals .

Have the skills needed to build long-standing and successful relationships with key clients.
Clear and decisive way of communicating .
Can adapt solutions for different needs on behalf of the clients.
Must have good customer service skills and a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
Must have a strong experience in TNA (training needs analysis ) and Etimad platform .
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in training and development sector .
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) .
Proficiency in English .
Time management and planning skills .
