Experience in managing mega projects (power, Telecom, CCTV, and civil) in the sector of government, Semi - government, and private sectors.

Assist the PMO Director to implement ongoing Nasco Projects (government, Semi - government, private).

• Matrix manages multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the project against agreed success factors.

• Work with Functional managers to ensure supplier relationships are maximized to ensure effective delivery across the project.

Manage and resolve escalations and provide effective support to the PMO Director

• Assist the PMO Director to analyse project reporting and other issues that may arise and provide recommended solutions, to ensure effective governance and control.

· Liaise with PMO Director to agree on a list of priorities and manage each to a timely conclusion.

· Manage stakeholders, both internal and external, including suppliers and MoI to ensure timely delivery.

· Review and propose reports for PMO Director to submit to NASCO management.

Assist the PMO Director to develop budgetary controls for the project in liaison with Finance.
