الوصف الوظيفي • To ensure all aspects of regulatory compliance are adhered to in regard to the respective Procurement Policies and external requirements and implement strategies that safeguard the interest of the company from contractual and commercial risk. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in preparation of RFP, RFQ and contracts between SGPC and external parties. • Motivate co-workers and ensure that appropriate support is extended. • Make use of negotiation skills to meet with suppliers and vendors, work out the procurement needs of the company and will oversee the process of evaluating suppliers, negotiating agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts. • Maintain the Department KPIs for delivery time of goods, and keep track PR/PO progress. • Maintain and keep track of daily transactions and performance rating of vendors. • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. • Assist to implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within industry. • Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost. • Undertaking other duties delegated by the senior executives. المهارات • Solid analytical, financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting. • Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions. • Has strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. • Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, development and compliance. • Strong communication skills. • Possess strong negotiation skill. • Computer literate and has advance knowledge in MS office. • Knowledge of East Province Market Practiced procurement through - RFQ, quotation analysis, evaluation, negotiations and discussions, - awarding- and follow up skills. Knowledge of purchasing methods, competitive bidding practices, volume buying, contracts, and procedures and all underlying principles is an edge. • Specialized Courses; SAP, Oracle, CIPP, CPP, Supply Chain courses, or others similar 5 Experience • 3 to 5 year experience in related field. • At least BSc Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or Engineering and other related courses.
