Job Brief:

We have a great opportunity for a Retail Project Manager to support Retail Team the team delivering Retail Fit Out projects. Typical projects include retail outlets for L’AZURDE Group within prime street locations & shopping malls. Projects can be a mix of new stores expansion and f exciting stores, refurbishments and renovations in Existing stores.

The Job location will be KSA based, but other regional tasks maybe assigned if needed. The Project Manager must be willing to travel domestically across KSA in different regions as it is essential. Retail fit out experience is essential.

Duties & responsibilities

Ensure that all stores/units are fully operational by the established opening date.
Responsible for arranging and attending all sites activities meetings and report detailed site meetings as required
Manage all phases of projects, including project set-up, team and project coordination, design, and construction administration.
Ensure that the stores are delivered with world class retail design standards adhering to the set design criteria relative to the Brand Guidelines.
Oversees Facilities Maintenance and engineering projects, manage assigned site portfolio on on-call basis as required.
To ensure budget compliance during the design specification process thru effective procurement.
Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors – including, but are not limited to, design architects, engineers, renderers, furniture vendors.
Interact with Mall Management in order to coordinate works and costs during the store / unit fit-out process.

Job Requirements

Professional Internationally recognized Degree qualification in Interior or Architectural design with minimum 5 – 8 years of experience.
experience in managing Retail project management of buildings and facilities ideally in regional shopping malls / retail development Retail Delivery/Design Background with Project Management experience would be an advantage for this role.
Good command of the English language both written and spoken. Arabic speaker would be an advantage but not a requirement.
Good command of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D studio, InDesign, Microsoft Office and/or other similar Project Management packages would be required.
Recognized Certifications in Occupational Health and Safety discipline, as well as gulf experience is highly desirable
