Minimum 3 years of experience

Serve as a primary point of contact for procurement of IT hardware, software and Services

Identify and mitigate billing issues by working directly with vendors and finance teams Manage contract on boarding process for vendors Work directly with vendors and finance teams to consolidate efforts Lead purchase requisition process for IT and IT vendors Review contracts and invoices for accuracy and identify cost savings opportunities Interface with accounts payable to support procure to pay process for IT purchases

Support IT project teams and share services teams with sourcing ✓ Support the budget and financial reporting processes
