The Digital Marketing Strategist will own and manage programmatic campaigns across demand-side platforms (DSPs).
Establishing and implementing digital media best practices, creating rigorous analytical processes, and executing a cost-effective advertising setup across platforms.
Maximizing the performance of the campaigns by performing constant optimizations.
Will interpret campaign performance while providing creative insights, reporting, and media solutions to influence the department’s success.
Seen by the team as a programmatic Media expert, you understand the channels and platforms each project requires investment to succeed as well as the correct budget for each objective.
This opportunity requires a deep understanding of media buying and DSPs; from the setup stage to the metrics measurement stage.
Own and manage the complete programmatic campaign lifecycle inclusive of planning, buying, pixel management, optimization, and performance monitoring. Execute high-quality campaign set up across multiple DSPs simultaneously, constantly analyzing its effectiveness with keen attention to detail.
Manage the paid social budgets destined for the campaign and its optimization period Monitoring and analyzing key media buy metrics (CPP, CPM, CPC, etc.), quality, and performance, as well as optimizing daily for scale and return on investment increase.
Run weekly reports of management statistics (performance, scores, audience insights, data reporting, etc.. ) and communicate performance and learnings.
Work closely with the creative team to make sure the ratio and quality of the ads are appropriate for the platform.
Set standards and guidelines to improve the quality of the team Use critical thinking & analytical skills to analyze complex data sets to make decisions to beat goals.
Develop a thorough understanding of the wider programmatic ecosystem and the modern media buying tactics. Manage request workflow by prioritizing projects
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications MBA/ Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Native written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
5 - 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Proven experience in setup campaigns across a variety of self-serve Demand Side Platforms Familiarity with analyses of advertising marketing metrics such as attribution analyses, LTV, CAC, ROI, ROAS, payback periods, attribution modeling, etc.
Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong independence, a past proven impact, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and technical competency.
Experience writing SQL queries and proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Adobe Analytics) is strongly preferred.
Experience at a paid media agency or large in-house team Understanding of A/B and split testing methodologies on campaigns.
